Ingredients: Vegetable Protein Products (70%) {Water, Refined Canola Oil, Textured Soya [Soy Protein, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Soybean Oil, Natural Flavours], Structured Vegetable Protein Products [Isolated Soy Protein, Wheat Gluten and Wheat Starch], Refined Sunflower Oil, Culinary Paste [G. Chilly, Garlic and Ginger], Thickener (INS 461), CONTAINS ADDED FLAVOUR (Roasted Chicken Flavour), Yeast Extract, Thickener (INS 407), Wheat Gluten}, Culinary Paste [Ginger, Garlic and Green chilly], Peanut Curd, Seasoning {Mixed Spices & Condiments, Corn Starch, Iodized Salt, Acidity Regulator [INS 330], Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Soya), Anticaking Agent [INS 551]}, Mustard Oil, Lemon Juice.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Add the chunks to the tray and brush lightly with some oil. Cook for about 7-8 minutes until internal core temperature reaches 74°C/165°F.
- Thaw the product in the refrigerator (0-4°C) for 12-16 hours.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Add the product to the heated pan & cook it by turning it in between.
- Cook the chunks for 11-12 minutes until the internal core temperature reaches 74°C/165°F.
