Open faced Pesto Burgers

1. In a mixer jar add Basil, cashews, Garlic, salt and juice of half a lemon along with olive oil. Blend this into a smooth paste. Your Pesto sauce is ready.
2. Shallow fry Blue tribe plant based Chicken patty in a pan filled with oil on medium heat
3. Flip and cook on both sides until brown and crispy
4. Apply butter on bread and toast it on a hot tawa until golden brown
5. Apply pesto sauce on toasted bread. And places tomato slices on it.
6. Place your cooked patty on the tomatoes and apply another generous helping of pesto.
7. Top it off with some grated cheese.
8. Your open faced pesto burger is ready to serve.
