Chicken Seekh Kebab Pizza

This yummy, high protein pizza is absolutely delicious and plant-powered!

These irresistible “chicken” kebabs used to top up this one-of-a-kind pizza are 100% vegetarian, have zero cholesterol, low calorie, low sodium and don’t have any antibiotics, steroids, hormones or GMOs in them!


  • 1 pack of Blue Tribe’s Plant-Based Chicken Seekh Kebabs
  • 1 tsp oil (for sauce)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Tbsp tomato purée
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tsp mixed spices (garam masala, coriander powder, kasoori methi)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala (for dough)
  • 1/8 tsp salt (for dough)
  • 1/2 cup vegan yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp oil (for cooking seekh kebabs)


Step 1: Prepare Butter Masala Sauce:

    • In a saucepan, heat 1 tsp oil.
    • Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
    • Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    • Add tomato purée and cook for another 2 minutes.
    • Pour in coconut milk, add mixed spices (garam masala, coriander powder, kasoori methi), and salt to taste.
    • Simmer the sauce until it thickens. Set aside.

Step 2: Make Naan Dough:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, garam masala, salt, and vegan yogurt.
    • Knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
    • Divide the dough into two portions and roll each into a naan shape.
    • Cook the naans on a tawa for a few minutes on both sides until golden brown. Set aside.

    • Preheat the oven to the desired temperature.
    • Place the cooked naans on a baking sheet.
    • Spread the prepared butter masala sauce evenly over the naans.
    • Sprinkle the sautéed seekh kebab pieces on top.

Step 5: Bake and Enjoy:

    • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven until the edges are golden and the toppings are heated through.
    • Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy your delicious Seekh Kebab Pizza! 🍕
