Chicken keema kebab
Recipe:
1 pack of bluetribe Plant Based chicken keema
1/2 cup/ 70g cooked toor dal
1 medium onion- diced
1 handful of mint and coriander
2-3 tbsp chickpea flour (besan)
Masala mix:
1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1.5 tsp garam masala
1 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together and mash together to form a dough. Divide the dough into 8 parts and form them into patties around skewers.
You can shallow fry them or bake them.
To fry: heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry each side for about 2 minutes on medium heat.
To bake: preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius, and bake for 20 mins. Then flip the kebabs over and for another 15-20 mins still golden brown.
Serve over rice with some vegan raita for a delicious meal!
