- 20g Capsicum (Thinly Sliced)
- 20g Sweet Corn
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ¼ tsp Chilli Flakes
Optional Toppings
- Black Olives
- Jalapeños
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Bell Peppers (Red & Yellow)
Step-by-Step Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the Tandoori Soya Chaap
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Cook the Blue Tribe Tandoori Soya Chaap for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly grilled and heated through.
Cut into bite-sized pieces if required.
Step 2: Prepare the Pizza Base
Place the whole wheat chapati on a flat surface.
Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly across the chapati, leaving a small border around the edges.
Step 3: Add Cheese
Sprinkle half of the grated mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza sauce.
This helps hold the toppings in place and creates a creamy base.
Step 4: Arrange the Toppings
Evenly spread:
- Grilled Blue Tribe Tandoori Soya Chaap
- Onion slices
- Capsicum
- Sweet Corn
Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Step 5: Season
Sprinkle:
- Oregano
- Chilli Flakes
Add a few fresh basil leaves for extra aroma and authentic pizza flavour.
Step 6: Cook the Pizza
Place the chapati pizza on a preheated non-stick pan over low heat.
Cover with a lid.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, or until:
- Cheese melts completely
- Chapati turns crispy
- Vegetables are slightly tender
Avoid high heat to prevent the chapati from burning.
Step 7: Slice & Serve
Transfer to a serving plate.
Slice into wedges using a pizza cutter.
Serve immediately while the cheese is hot and stretchy.
